How often do you back-up your files?
We often get computers that have broken down and leave the customers files irrecoverable which is ok for you as you have back-ups right? "Oh dear!" You should back-up your files and computer settings as often as you can.
We offer a regular back-up service which can be tailored to your needs. This service includes coming to you, copying all of your files and computer settings to your own back-up media or media which we supply. None of your data is taken away by our technicians unless you ask us to do so.
